VOICE, Your Language Journey

The VOICE, Your Language Journey program is an innovative approach to professional language and communication training in motion, designed for international professionals who want to communicate in English with greater clarity, impact, and confidence.

Unlike traditional classroom-based or screen-based training, sessions take place while walking outdoors or remotely by phone in a dynamic context. The format is flexible and can be adapted to the participant’s constraints, including alternative suitable environments when needed.

The coaching is fully personalised and based on a client-centred, co-constructed approach, where each session is adapted to the learner’s specific professional needs.

Movement and outdoor environments help reduce cognitive load, improve focus, and support higher-quality attention. This creates the conditions for more effective language learning and more natural communication in real-life professional situations.

Over time, participants develop a more fluent and authentic expression in English, with a strong emphasis on professional communication, speaking presence, and confidence in workplace interactions.

What makes this program different

The VOICE, Your Language Journey program stands out from traditional language training by combining movement, outdoor environments, and personalised coaching to develop not only language skills, but also communication effectiveness in professional contexts.

Rather than relying on standard classroom exercises, participants engage in real conversational interaction with a coach in a dynamic setting that encourages more natural and spontaneous expression.

The focus goes beyond language accuracy to develop operational communication skills: speaking clarity, message impact, professional presence, and confidence in English-language interactions.

How is success measured?

Success in the VOICE Your Language Journey program is assessed through an ongoing process of skills tracking, professional development, and real-world communication progress, rather than traditional tests or numerical scores.

After each session, a short structured recap is provided to monitor the evolution of both language and communication skills in professional contexts.

Participants also use a guided reflection tool, the VOICE Reflection Frame, designed to help identify progress in fluency, clarity, and professional communication effectiveness.

VOICE Reflection Frame

V – Values / Professional Vision

What felt most relevant or meaningful? What is becoming clearer regarding your professional goals, direction, or communication posture?

O – Outdoor / Observation

How did the outdoor environment influence your communication? What impact did movement and space have on your focus and English expression?

I – Immersion

When did English feel more natural and fluid? What supported your ability to stay engaged and communicate in English?

C – Communication

How has your communication evolved? What has become clearer, more structured, or more effective in professional interactions?

E – Empowerment / Progress

What progress do you notice? Which skills or communication behaviours do you now use more confidently?

This tool supports session-by-session tracking of progress, not only in language proficiency, but especially in the ability to communicate effectively in professional situations.

Final assessment

At the end of the 12-session program, a final progress and skills review is conducted in collaboration with the coach.

This report summarizes the linguistic and communication competencies developed throughout the program and can be shared, where appropriate, with HR managers or team leaders to ensure alignment with initial professional objectives.
