Florence de Dreuzy

I am Florence de Dreuzy, a specialist in professional language training and intercultural communication, and the founder of Avord Fluent Languages.

For over 20 years, I have supported learners and professionals from international backgrounds in developing their language skills. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong conviction: sustainable language skill development comes through experience, real-life practice, and active engagement.

Today, I work with companies through programs that combine language skills development and professional communication, delivered in an innovative outdoor format.

My mission is to help clients build practical, operational language and communication skills so they can perform with confidence and efficiency in demanding professional environments. I also bring expertise in intercultural communication and communication strategies, helping individuals achieve their objectives despite linguistic or cultural challenges.

Background

I have led a language institute for several years, trained hundreds of professionals, and worked in diverse international environments.

To further develop my approach, I trained in coaching, communication, and outdoor-based methodologies, allowing me to design learning experiences that promote engagement, real-world application, and long-term skill retention.

In 2021, I completed the FEEL program (Foundation, Expansion, Elevate, Lead), designed for language coaches. This program enabled me to develop learner-centered approaches and strengthen my expertise in professional communication, public speaking, and individual support.
